ALLU CHICKEN RECIPIE

| Tomato | 250 gms | Potato | 250 gms |
| Drychilli | 20 | Garlic hilak | 10 |
| Ginger | 1 bit | Kesari | 1 spoon |
| Coriander | 4 spoons | Cumin | 3 spoons |
| Black pepper | 3 spoons | Oil | 50 gms |
Preparation Method:
Cut the chiken in to pieces, clean it, add coriander, cumin, chilli, pepper roasted, cut potato in big pieces, keep wet kesari in a cup, coriander, cumin, dry chilli, garlic, ginger for grinding. Put oil in a vessel, after it is heated mix the grinded masala and roast. Cut onion, tomato and place it on the hearth, and turn it. After all these materials mixed, keep the pieces of chiken in a vessel, and pour hot water; turn it, then put pieces of cut potato, and it is cooked, put the wet kesari, and turn well, keep it down, and when it is hot serve with chapati or bread.
