CHICKEN CURRY RECIPE

Items Required:

Hen 1
Onion 125 gms
Ginger 1
Garlic 8 petals
Cumin 4 spoons
Coriander ½ bundle
Salt for taste
Dry chilli 6
Curd 2 cup
Oil 50gms
Cardamom 6
Pepper 1 spoon
Almond 10

Preparation Method:

Put oil in the pan, put onion, chili, garlic, pepper, and fry, separate bones of the chicken and make small, clean the ginger and cut in small pieces, remove the husk of garlic, the coriander leaves to be cleaned, cut in small pieces, keep almond in water. Remove the husk, churn, keep a wide pan, put oil to it put the cut pieces of chicken, pepper, oil small quantity, cut pieces of chicken pepper, masala materials, grinded well, and mix to the cooked mutton. Add salt, and two cups water and mix churned, put almond, coriander leaves. After it is cooked well keep it aside.
