CHICKEN FRY RECIPE

Items Required:

Chicken 1 Ginger 1
Dry chilli 5 Oil 50 gms
Garlic 6 petals Karibevina leaves 1 leaflet
Black seed pepper 2 spoons Salt for taste  

Preparation Method:

Clean the chicken-cut them in small pieces-and again clean, and keep it in a separate place.
Put ginger, garlic, chilli, in a mortar and grind. Put oil in the an, and heat it, put the chiken pieces, cut the leaves of karibevu in small size, add masala, with rabji salt, and cook will. Then put pepper seeds on it. If necessafy little water, and keep the vessel on the hearth till most of the water is evaporated. Then when it becomes hard, the same can be used as curry while taking meals. This serves as a side dish.
