CHICKEN KURMA RECIPE

Items Required:

Chicken 1 Cream of milk 1/2cup
Chakke 5 Cashew nut 25 gms
Clove 8 Onion 125 gms
Cardamom 1 spoon Curd 1cup
Ghee 100 gms Marati moggu 8
Curry leaf 2 petals Rose flower 3
Garlic 10 petals Cumin 1 spoon
Ginger 1 inch Oil 50 gms
Dry chilli powder 1 spoon Turmeric 1 spoon
Salt To taste

Method of Preparation:

Keep aside after roasting and grinding chakke- cloves, cardamom-moggu, cumin-cashewnut, garlic-curry leaves in a pan of oil adding ginger, turmeric, chilli powder. Onion, garlic and cashewnuts to be cut into small pieces and chicken to be washed and cut into pieces removing bones. Keep oil in a vessel and take a cup of churned curd, fry onion and garlic in the pan of hot oil and put all chicken pieces into it and boil well. After boiling for some time add all the grinded masalas in to the pan and mix well. After evaporation of water add required salt, add churned curd and mis well, again heat for few minutes and put down from the oven and serve to all.
