KURGI CHICKEN RECIPE

Items Required:

Chicken 1
Plantain leaves 2
Coriander leaves 1 bundle
Garlic 8 petals
Cumin 4 spoon
Tomato 50 gms
Onion 100gms
Lemon 1
Black pepper 1 spoon
Turmeric 1 spoon
Dry chili 8
Salt according to taste

Preparation Method:

Cut small pieces of onion, cumin-pepper, chilli, to fry in oil. Separate flesh from bones. Cut into small pieces, and clean it. Then grind well onion, coriander leaves, tomato, dry chili, roasted camli, pepper, turmeric, garlic, salt till the products become soft and solid. Add lemon juice. Please apply this masala well to the mutton. After two hours, putting water in idli vessel, keep it on the hearth, and spread the plantain leaves in the vessel, keep the chicken mix, and close the mouth. After an hour, take it and serve with meals. But don’t remove the lidbefore it cools down for some extent, and it is a very tasty item.
