CHICKEN MASALA RECIPE

Items Required:

Chicken: 1 kg
Ginger: 5gms
Camli: 2 spoon
Tomato: 2
Onion: 125gms
Chakke: 2
Garlic: 6 petals
Coriander: 2 spoon
Clove: 6
Green chili: 10
Oil: 50gms
Salt according to taste

Preparation Method:

Keep a pan on the hearth, keep ready and roast products as coriander, cumin, clove, then small piece of onion and cut green chili, tomato, grind ginger, remove the husk of garlic, clean the meat again, and remove the bone pieces, again clean it. Put the meat in the vessel. And put coriander, cumin, chakke, clove, salt, a cup of water, and keep the products and roast well. Onion, garlic, and cumin to be grinded well tomato to be separately grinded. Cut small pieces of onion, tomato, green chili and put in the pan with oil. Keep it in a cup. Put the meat pieces in the pan, roast and mix masala products. Add grinded masala things, Add grinded tomato. Put roasted onion and chilies. Eat when it is hot.

CHILI MUTTON RECIPE

Items Required:

Flesh: 250gms
Ghee: 4 spoon
Turmeric: ½ spoon
Curd: ½ cup
Onion: 50gms
Coriander: ½ bundle
Cardamom: 3
Coriander: 1 spoon
Lemon: ½
Dry chili: 8
Garlic: 4 petals
Clove: 4
Ginger: 5gms
Chakke: 2
Salt according to taste

Preparation Method:

Clean the mutton well, and make small pieces, and clean again, and filter it. Put ghee in the pan, and roast cardamom, chakke, clove, turmeric powder, salt powder, cut onion into small pieces, husks of garlic to be removed and grind ginger, boil flesh, when half cooked pour come water, curd, masala, cardamom, and mix, fry well, then add lemon juice, roasted onion pieces, trimmed coriander leaves, put on the mixture, mix all through a ladle. Eat when hot.
