BEST CHICKEN BIRIYANI RECIPE

Items Required:

Chicken: 500gms
Boiled: egg 2
Tomato: 250gms
Ghee: 150gms
Cashewnut: 25gms
Potato: 250gms
Rice: 500gms
Onion: 250gms
Green pea: 125gms
Lemon: 2
Dry grapes: 25gms
Salt according to taste

Items Required for Masala :

Coriander leaf: ½ bundle
Garlic: 5 petals
Green chili: 4
Garam masala powder: 1 tea spoon
Dry chili: 5
Coriander: 3 spoons
Ginger: 1 piece

Preparation Method:

Clean the chicken and cut into small pieces, potato to be cleaned and boiled, each potato to be cut into four pieces. Rice kept to be cleaned. Put salt according to taste, and cook, and mix the masala items and grind nicely. Remove the husk of onion and cut into small pieces, keep the pan, on the hearth, and cook till all these turns brown, put half in masala, roast well, and then cook. Cut kimono and preserve the juice in a separate cup. After the mutton is cooked, put ghee, and put rice over it. Put on it onion pieces, cooked egg, tomato pieces, grapes roast in ghee, then in another layer cashewnut, and over it another layer of cooked rice, and lemon juice, then put the remaining ghee heated, over the cooked rice after it turns to grey color and put along with the raitha (curd bajji salad). If this biriyani is served, they will be pleased even with its smell.
