CHICKEN CURRY RECIPE

Items Required:

Chicken: ½ kg
Tamarind (small circular) size: 1
Dry pepper: 4
Ghee: 50gms
Dalchinni: 1 piece
Coriander seed: 1 spoon
Coconut: 1 cup
Menthya: ½ spoon
Black pepper: 1 spoon
Turmeric: ½ tea spoon
Clove: 4
Mustard: ½ tea spoon
Salt according to taste

Preparation Method:

Pieces of chicken to be cleaned well. One hand grind coconut – a cup water, to be put-to grind and extract milk-put tamarind in that milk. After half an hour, squeeze it. Mix all ingredients of masala with the grated coconut. Grind it nicely, then roast in ghee, add mutton, tamarind mix water vanishes. Serve when it is hot.
