TANDOORI CHICKEN RECIPE

Hen meat: 250gms
Garlic: 5gms
Pappai: 1 piece
Ginger: 5gms
Camli: 5gms
Salt to taste
Preparation Method:
To the thandoori chicken meat, apply a sort of masala and leave it for 6 hours. Then make it a paste (lehya). Then apply the masala.
The Second Paste (Type) :
Chili powder-1 spoon, lemon-1 spoon, salt (little) Mix all these things cited above, and apply masala-cook it-for 20 minutes-after boiled, turn it, and again keep 20 minutes. After having cooked on either side serve.
