GRAVY FOR CUTLET RECEPE

Items Required:

Tomato: 1kg
Garam masala: 1 spoon
Maida: 2 spoons
Onion: 100gms
Chili: 6
Sugar: 2 spoons

Preparation Method:

Cut tomato, onion, and add garam masala like sugar, salt with water, and heat, them filter it with a cloth, and the bottom water to be mixed with maida flour and then heat.

Items to Prepare Gravy :

Onion: 50gms
Garlic: 4 petals
Green chili: 4
Coconut: 3 pieces
Ginger: 5gms
Cumin: 1 spoon

Preparation Method :

Grate the coconut, cut garlic, ginger, onion, remove the husk and cut, put it in the hot oil – Put the masala materials, roast them, and mix the filtered tomato juice, in a wide vessel, and put in that cutlets, Eat when it is hot.
