MUSTARD MEAT RECIPE

Items Required:

Mutton: 250gms
Garlic: 10gms
Oil: 25gms
Mustard: 5gms
Lemon: 1
Onion: 50gms
Ginger: 5gms
Tomato: 50gms
Green chili: 8gms
Salt for taste
Method of Preparation :

Cut tomatoes into pieces duly after washing. Cut onions into small pieces duly removing its husk. Release garlic from husk. Cut mustard leaf into pieces. Then grind all this with ginger, garlic, onion, tomato, green chili, mustard powder, salt with lemon juice well.

Wash the mutton with clean water duly after cutting into small pieces. Then add mixture of masala with mutton. Leave it for two hours. Then keep a wide vessel over the oven and pour some oil into fry the mutton pieces soaked in grinded masala mixture in the vessel and then add all mixture with some water and boil well till the pieces of muttons becomes. Then serve hotly.
