SWADISTA BEEF RECIPE

Items Required:

Beef: 250gms
Onion: 10gms
Dry chili: 10gms
Pepper: 5gms
Garlic: 5gms
Cardamom: 3
Potato: 100gms
Coriander: 10gms
Chakke: 2
Cumin: 5gms
Ginger: 5gms
Clove: 4
Salt for taste
Method of Preparation:

Remove the husk and cut the onions into small pieces. Roast coriander seed, cumin, dry chili, pepper seed, chakke-cloves, cardamom all in a pan separately. Then grind all this in a mortar adding released garlic and keep in a vessel. Remove the husk of potatoes and cut into pieces duly after boiling. Then put the beef pieces into the boiling water for 30 minutes. Then remove the beef and wash in clean water and cut into small pieces. Add the grinded masala to the pieces of beef and boil in a pressure cooker. Then after due boiling fry the pieces of beef in a pan with oil. Then add pieces of onion with this. Then add the boiled pieces of potato, spoonful of sugar and finally add 2 spoons vinegar. Mix well with a ladle and use hotly.
