MUTTON EGG HAPPLA(EGG HAPLA) RECIPE

Items Required:

Boiled rice: 4 cups
Coconut: 1
Ester: 2 spoons
Egg: 6
Jaggery: 300gms
Oil: 25gms

Method of Preparation:

Break the eggs and pour its liquid in a wide vessel and beat well with a spoon. Grate the coconut and wash the rice duly soaking in water. Then grind the grated coconut with rice. Add jaggery powder when the grinded mixture becomes soft. Pour all the grinded flour mixture into a wide vessel. Add the egg liquid to the rice, add easter, little salt and mix well. Then put a pan having holes it over the oven and smear oil to all the holes of the pan well hearting. Then put the grinded solid flour over the pan of holes of the steam out side-bake well the flour mixture- ‘Motte Hapla’- serve all hotly.

EGG CURRY RECIPE

Items Required:

Egg: 8
Oil: 25gms
Green chili: 15gms
Coriander: 1 bundle
Pepper: 25gms
Onion: 100gms
Salt for taste

Method of Preparation:

Pour the liquid of eggs into a vessel duly breaking it. Then stir well with a spoon and mix. Remove the husk of onion and cut into small pieces. Wash coriander leaf and green chili and cut into small pieces. Put a pan over the oven and pour some oil into it and fry the pieces of onion, pepper powder, green chili and the egg liquid duly mixing, add salt. Then sprinkle pieces of coriander leaf into the pan and put down the pan and serve the ‘egg fry’.
