PEAS EGG FRY RECIPE

Items Required:

Onion: 50gms
Egg: 8
Oil: 25gms
Green pea: 250gms
Camli: 10gms
Coriander: 1 bundle
Salt per taste.

Method of Preparation:

Pour the liquid of the eggs in to a vessel duly after breaking and then stir well with a spoon and keep aside. Remove the husk of the onion and cut into small pieces. Cut coriander leaf into small pieces duly washing well. Roast cumin seeds in a pan and pound it to powder. Boil the peas in a vessel with water. Put a pan on the oven and pour some oil into it and fry onion pieces, add cumin powder, boiled peas and fry little. Then add the liquid of eggs with suitable salt. Fry till it becomes soft. Then sprinkle pieces of coriander leaf and put down the pan from the oven. Serve hotly.

Wheat flour: 750gms
Chili powder: 25gms
Oil: 50gms
Egg: 8
Pepper seed: 25gms
Salt for taste

Method of Preparation:

Pour the contents of the eggs in a vessel duly after breaking. Then stir well with a spoon. Then add the powder salt, pungent powder, pepper powder to the vessel of egg liquid. Prepare dough with wheat flour and water mixing well. Then make balls out of the dough and press over a plant by pressing roller and fry over the pan both the sides well. Then pour half a ladle of liquid egg over the pan cake and when it sticks to one side turn to the other side and fry. Egg pan cake will be tasty to eat hotly.
