Savory venison chops

Item required
6 venison chops (11/2 to 2 lbs.), trim off fat
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup chili sauce
1/4 cup dry sherry or water
1 teaspoon salt
‘/a teaspoon pepper

Setting: DEFROST
1. Place cnops. onion. celery and green pepper in 2-quart (12 x 7) glass baking dish. Cover with plastic wrap.
2. MICROWAVE on DEFROST for 15 MINUTES. Drain and turn meat over. Combine remaining in¬gredients in 4-cup measure. Pour over chops; recover.
3. MICROWAVE on DEFROST for 15to 20 MINUTES. Let stand. covered, 5 minutes before serving. 3 to 4 Servings
TIPS Serve with zucchini and tossed green salad. • MICROWAVE on MEDIUM for 10 MINUTES and then 10 to 15 MINUTES.
