PRAWN KOFTA RECIPE

Items Required:

Prawn : ½ kg
Egg: 4
Coriander: 6 spoon
Clove: 5
Dalchinni: 1 piece
Coriander: 1 spoon
Onion: 4
Green chili: 6
Coriander leaves: ½ bundle
Oil: 100gms
Turmeric : ½ spoon
Salt according to taste

Preparation Method :

Remove the husk of onion, and cut in to small pieces. Break the eggs and have the juice in another vessel, and keep it, cut the green chilies. Put some oil in a pan and roast clove, dalchinni, coriander seed, cut the coriander leaves into small pieces. Remove the husk of the prawn and clean it in good water, and put it in the mixie, grinding, green chili, coriander, onion, egg, grainded prawn, and masalas, mix well, add dalchinni, clove with coriander leaves, salt, put it a pan, and keep the pan on the hearth, and heat with oil and masala mixture, and then make them small lemon size balls, and arrange in a plate, and serve.

PRAWN FRY RECIPE

Items Required:

Prawn: 500gms
Onion: 5
Turmeric powder : 2 spoon
Coconut: 1
Chili: 4 spoons
Oil: 100gms
Salt according to taste

Preparation Method :

Break the coconut, and trim it. Remove the husk of onion and cut it in small pieces. Clean the prawn. Put chili powder, and turmeric powder to grated coconut, and mix prawn to grinded masala well. Keep a pan on the hearth, put oil, onion after dried, cooked prawn and masala to be mixed well, keep it on the hearth, and after frying for some time in mild flame keep it down and see that the bottom should not be burnt.
