PRAWN CURRY RECIPE

Items Required:

Prawn: 300gms
Turmeric powder: 1 spoon
Ginger: 5gms
Onion: 100gms
Garlic: 8 petals
Tamarind: Lemon size
Oil: 4 spoons
Salt to taste

Preparation Method :

Remove the husk of garlic, petals to cut, in small pieces. Prepare tamarind and ginger juice. Remove the husk of onion, and cut the chili lengthwise. Clean prawn in good water, put oil, in a vessel, after it is heated, fry the onion, prawn to brown color and mix green chili pieces, turmeric powder, garlic (patted) ginger juice, tamarind juice. After it is heated well, add salt –mix it well –then heat again and see that the lower portion will not be hardened. Keep the vessel down and use it. To serve when it is hot.

PRAWN CUTLET RECIPE

Items Required :

Prawn : ½ kg
Garlic: 6
Turmeric: 1 spoon
Green chili: 15
Coconut: 500gms
Cumin: 4 spoons
Coriander: 1 bundle
Oil: 50gms
Salt for taste

Preparation Method :

Clean prawn in good water. Remove the husk of garlic- cut it in small pieces. Cut the coriander leaves in small pieces. Put oil in the pan, and roast cumin, then grind prawn and mix the coconut grated pieces, grinded garlic, coriander leaves, chili, mix, - add slat, put cumin powder mix well, and tie like cutlet, and put it on the hearth, put oil, and the mixture, and put oil and roast, -serve when hot. Taste reduces if cooled.
