Coconut pudding in orange cups
Item required
1/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1/o teaspoon salt
2 cups milk
1 cinnamon stick
1 egg, beaten
1 can (31/2 oz.) flaked coconut (1-1/3 cups)
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 large oranges, hollowed-out

Settings: HIGH/DEFROST
1.Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt in 4-c-::3 glass measure. Gradually, stir in milk, add rinnarncri stick.
2.MICROWAVE on HIGH for 3 MINUTES. Stir we-
3.MICROWAVE on DEFROST for 5 MINUTES, s-ring twice during cooking. Cover with plastic and MICROWAVE on DEFROST for 2 to 3 MINUTE or until thickened. Remove cinnamon stick. Z about 1/2 cup thickened mixture into beaten. Return to milk mixture along with coconut, mix.
4.MICROWAVE on DEFROST for 2 MINUTES to blend flavors. Stir in vanilla. Cool slightly.
5.Fill orange shells with pudding. Chill. 4 Servings
TIP Top with whipped cream or topping; garnis with a curl of orange peel.
