Apple sauce
Item required
8 medium cooking apples, peeled, cored and quartered
1/2 cup water 1 cup sugar

Setting: HIGH
1. Combine apples and water in 2-quart glass casserole. Cover with glass lid or plastic wrap.
2. MICROWAVE for 10 to 12 MINUTES or until apples are tender. Stir in sugar; let stand, covered, 2 to
3 minutes to dissolve sugar. Stir before serving. About 6 Servings
