ALLU OMLETTE RECIPE

Items Required:

Eggs 12 Potato 200 gms
Oil 50 gms Chilli powder 2 spoons
Onion 100 gms Tomato 200 gms

Preparation Method:

Break the eggs and collect in a vessel, and heat it. Cook the potato, remove the husk and cut the potatoes in small pieces. Clean the tomato in good water, and make small pieces. Small pieces of onion to prepared, put all these in a vessel and mix it well. Then put the pan plate on the hearth, and smear oil, and cover the same, and put the mixture on the pan plate, the omlet will be read after it is roasted both the sides, put black chilli powder on it, and it is ready to eat with Pudeena chatni.
