ANABE MUTTON RECIPIE

Preparation Method:
Clean anabe well, and cut it, onion to be cut in small pieces, put tamarind in water, after 15 minutes, tamarind to be squeezed and the juice to be separated.
Keep the pan on the hearth, to roast gasagase, and it should be crushed. Put oil in the pan, put chillies, onion pieces and roast, and all these materials to be loaded either in a mortar or in mixie and grind well, and keep it aside and boil the mutton. Boil anabe separately. Put oil in a pan and put anabe pieces and mutton pieces, and fry them. They put gasagase powder, then put the grinded masala, but while roasting care to be taken, and see that the bottom should not abnormally exposing to excess heat. When it is hot, serve along with chapatti.
