FISH KICHADI RECIPES

Items Required:

Fish: 750gms
Lemon: 2
Clove: 10
Garlic: 6 petals
Cardamom: 6
Green ginger: 5gms
Rice: 750gms
Garam masala: 1 spoon
Tomato: 4
Dalchinni: 1 ½ pieces
Dry chili: 1 spoon
Salt for taste

Method of Preparation:

Rub fishes over a stone and cut into small pieces duly after washing well. Then pour some ghee in a wide vessel and heat it. Fry powder of garam masala (ingredient), dry chili powder, pieces of ginger, onion, garlic pieces all in the vessel of ghee. Add pieces of tomato and fry, duly-and then boil putting the pieces of fish with suitable water.

Keep another wide vessel over the oven, pour some ghee. Add pieces of onion, turmeric powder, dalchinn powder, cardamom powder into the vessel of ghee and fry. Keep mixing often. Then add rice and fry duly and add suitable quantity of water and boil the rice. Just before boiling the rice fully add the fried mixture of fish into this vessel duly mixing. Add salt to taste. After due boiling put down the vessel and serve the ‘Fish Kichadi’ all.
