MUTTON CONDIMENT

Items Required :

Meat : 250gms
Dalchinni : 4
Salt : 2 spoons
Turmeric : 1 spoon
Clove : 8
Chili powder : 2 spoons
Garlic : 8 petals
Ginger : 5gms

Method of Preparation :

First remove the bones from the mutton and wash well with clean water and cut into pieces. Grind garlic, cinnamon, ginger softly and mix, with mutton pieces. Mix well turmeric powder, chili powder, salt all after adding. After leaving for about an hours drying take a metal needle- like stick and sew all the mutton pieces through it. Dry the mutton pieces after sewing into the stick in the hot sun daily and keep in safer place at rights. After drying for about weeks time like this confirm that there is no water in it. Then keep all the mutton pieces in a in oil tin having lid. Roast the mutton pieces whenever you want to have and may be used as a condiment with meals. It will be very nice to eat expecially during cold days after noon’s small sleep
