NARGIS KOFTA RECIPE

Items Required:

Meat: 250gms
Oil : 100gms
Cardamom: 2
Broken Bengal gram: 1 spoon
Ginger : 5gms
Egg: 2
Pepper: ½ spoon
Garlic : 5 petals
Gasagase: 1 spoon

To consume Koftas thick juice to be prepared. This is called as Gravy.

Items Required to Prepare Gravy:

Oil: 25gms
Ginger: 5gms
Onion: 50gms
Garlic: 5 petals
Turmeric : ½ spoon
Karibevu: 1 petal
Coriander leaf: ½ bundle
Tomato: 125gms
Dry chili: 3
Salt according to taste

Preparation Method Of khofta :

Remove the husk of garlic and grind with egg and remove the juice through a spoon, and salt, cardamom, cumin, pepper seed powdered, clean the meat, make small pieces, grind, and keep it aside, cook egg, remove husk, keep separately, meat and all masala materials, mix eggs make four part, or two portions, one portion put on the plantain leaves, and do like roti. Keep egg in the centre close it is the same way do it on the other portion also. Roast these khoftas in boiling oil. When it turns to brown shade remove from the pan.

Method for the Preparation of Gravy:

Remove the husk of onion, cut in small pieces. Clean the coriander leaves in water, and roast with ginger, garlic, dry chili in a pan, and put the grinded masala and turn with turmeric, salt, mix them with a ladle, and when the smell comes keep the khoftas in gravy and close, and cook it in small fire, and ascertain whether the khoftas have been cooked. When it turns to brown color, keep the vessel down, and cut the khoftas in round and triangular shape. When it is hot, begin to serve.
