OMLETTE

Items Required:

Eggs 5 Butter 50 gms
Green chilli 10 Tomato 2
Onion 4 Coriander leaf 1 bundle
Chilli powder 1 spoon Salt to taste.  

Preparation Method:

Onion, tomato, coriander leaves, green chilli – cut these things in small pieces. Then put the eggs juice in a vessel and mix well-mix chilli powder, salt, onion pieces, coriander leaves, tomato, green chilli, and keep on the hearth, either in a pan or in a flat plate,and apply butter, and put the mixture on it, and close it, it bakes quickly, and remove the plate closed, and put the balance chilli powder. When it is hot, give omlette for eating.
