ROASTED KABAB RECIPE

Items Required:

Mutton 250 gms Garam masala 1 spoon
Almond 8 Oil 50 gms
Pure chilli powder 1/2 spoon Coriander powder 1/2 spoon
Turmeric powder 1/2 spoon Garlic 10 petals
Green chilli 2 Onion 1
Green ginger 1 Egg 1
Bengal gram 150 gms Salt according to taste

Preparation Method:

Clean the mutton well in water, and cut in small pieces. Clean again, and cook the eggs, remove the husk and make small pieces. Cut onion and green chilli, and mix green ginger, onion, turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala powder coriander powder. Grined well and keep separately. Cook the dhall separately, along with other things. Put the grinded masala, and cooked eggs pieces, and mix,onion, green chilli, almond,coriander leaves, and mix well and keep on the ground. Prepare small balls from this mixture, and keep in the middle, as we insert sweet in sweet dosas. Then put the balls in the hot oil, and roast it till the colour becomes grey and then roast it. When it is hot serve and taste.
