Glazed squash
Item required
4 cups (2 lb.) 1 -inch cubed Hubbard squash 1/3 cup butter or margarine
1/3 cup honey
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon grated orange peel

Setting: HIGH
1. Combine all ingredients in 2-quart glass cas-serole; cover.
2. MICROWAVE for 5 MINUTES. Stir and MICRO-WAVE for 4 to 5 MINUTES or until fork-tender. Let stand, covered, 3 minutes before serving.
