1 can (21/4 oz.) deviled ham
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
1 tablespoon pickle relish
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
2 hot dog buns, split and toasted

Setting: HIGH
1. Combine all ingredients except buns in small mixing bowl. Place buns on paper napkins or plates spread with ham mixture.
2. MICROWAVE for 1 to 11/2 MINUTES or until cheese is melted.

Reuben salad buns

Item required
1 can (12 oz.) corned beef
3/4 cup sauerkraut, drained
1 small apple, cored and shredded
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
2 tablespoons Thousand Island Dressing
1 teaspoon dill weed
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
8 pumpernickel buns

Setting: HIGH
1. Break up corned beef in medium mixing bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients, except buns; mix well. Spoon 1/2 cup corned beef mixture between each split roll. Wrap loosely in paper towel or napkin.
2. MICROWAVE until hot through:
1 bun — 1 to 1112 MINUTES
2 buns — 11/2 to 2 MINUTES 4 buns — 3 to 31/2 MINUTES 8 buns — 31/2 to 4 MINUTES

TIP Substitute 8 ounces corned beef, finely cut, for canned corn beef.

Bacon and egg casserole

Item required
6 hard-cooked eggs
6 slices bacon
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon dry or prepared mustard
Half of 31/2-oz. can French-fried onion rings

Setting: HIGH
1. Cook eggs conventionally. In 2-quart glass cas-serole or baking dish, MICROWAVE bacon between layers of paper towel until crisp, about 4 MINUTES. Remove bacon, paper towels and excess drippings from dish.
2. Melt butter in same baking dish (20 sec.). Stir in flour and salt until smooth. Gradually add milk, stir¬ring constantly.
3. MICROWAVE for 3 to 4 MINUTES or until thick-ened, stirring occasionally. Stir in pepper and mustard.
4. Peel and quarter hard cooked eggs; arrange in the sauce. Crumble bacon and sprinkle over eggs.
5. MICROWAVE for 2 to 3 MINUTES or until hot. Add onion rings and MICROWAVE for 1 MINUTE. 4 Servings

Tangy cornish hens

Item required
2 cornish hens, split in half
1 cup (8-oz. can) undrained crushed pineapple
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1 tablespoon soy sauce

Setting: HIGH
1.    Arrange hens in 2-quart (12 x 7) glass baking dish, tucking giblets under hens, if desired. Com-bine remaining ingredients and spoon over hens; cover.
3.    MICROWAVE for 18 to 20 MINUTES or until done, spooning sauce over hens during last half of cook¬ing time. If additional browning is desired, place under broiler. Serve with rice.
4 Servings

TIP Pineapple tidbits can be used for crushed pineapple.
