Open faced lasagna sandwiches
Item required
4 slices bread, toasted
1 can (151/2 oz.) chili without beans 1 cup cottage cheese
4 slices American or Mozzarella cheese Parmesan cheese

Setting: HIGH
1. Toast bread and arrange on serving plates. Top with chili, spreading to edges. Spoon cottage cheese on chili and spread evenly. Top with cheese slices: sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
2. MICROWAVE 2 sandwiches at a time, 11/2 to 2 MINUTES or until cheese is melted.
4 Sandwiches
TIP MICROWAVE on MEDIUM for 21/2 to 3 MINUTES.
