2 eggs
1 cup beer
2 cups (10 oz.) cubed American cheese
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 teaspoon dry or prepared mustard 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
4 drops Tabasco sauce

Setting: HIGH
1. In 1-quart glass casserole, beat eggs. Stir in re-maining ingredients.
2. MICROWAVE for 5 to 6 MINUTES or until cheese is melted and mixture thickened, stirring about once every minute.
3. Beat with beater or wire whip to make smooth. Serve over toast.
4 Servings
TIPS For heartier servings, top toast with slices of turkey or chicken before adding sauce.
• Other types of processed cheese can be used.
• MICROWAVE on MEDIUM for 7 to 8 MINUTES.

Easy lamb stew

Item required
1 lb. boneless lamb stew meat
1 package (5/8 oz.) brown gravy mix 1/2 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/s teaspoon instant minced garlic or 1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup water
1/2 cup red wine
3 medium carrots, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
2 stalks celery, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 medium potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes

Settings: HIGH/DEFROST
1. In 2 or 3-quart glass casserole, combine lamb, gravy mix and sugar.
2. MICROWAVE on HIGH for 5 MINUTES. Stir in remaining ingredients, mixing well; cover.
3. MICROWAVE on DEFROST for 35 to 45 MIN-UTES or until vegetables and meat are desired doneness, stirring occasionally.

Stuffed pork tenderloin

Item required
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup sesame seed
1/2 cup (1 stalk) chopped celery
2 tablespoons chopped onion or
2 teaspoons instant minced onion
3 slices bread, cubed
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning or thyme
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 pork tenderloins, about 11/4 lbs. each

Settings: HIGH/DEFROST
1. In glass mixing bowl, combine butter, sesame seed, celery and onion.
2. MICROWAVE on HIGH for 3 MINUTES, stirring occasionally. Mix in bread, salt, poultry seasoning and Worcestershire sauce.
3. Cut each pork tenderloin almost through lengthwise, flatten slightly. To keep meat out of juices, invert a saucer in bottom of 2-quart (12 x 7) glass baking dish. Lay one of flattened tenderloins, cut-side up, in baking dish. (For ease in tying, place about 4 pieces of string at intervals under tenderloin.)
4. Spoon bread stuffing onto tenderloin. Top with other tenderloin, cut-side down with wide end over narrow end of bottom piece. Bring string around tenderloins, tying to hold together.
5. MICROWAVE on DEFROST for 25 MINUTES, turn dish, MICROWAVE on DEFROST for 12 to 15 MIN¬UTES or until done. Cover loosely with foil and let stand 10 to 15 minutes.
6 Servings
TIP If desired, use 2 cups seasoned bread cubes for bread, salt and poultry seasoning.

OH! SO GOOD SPAGHETTI
2 lbs. ground beef
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 can (16 oz.) whole tomatoes 1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon leaf oregano Salt
Pepper
Grated Parmesan cheese

Setting: HIGH
1. Crumble ground beef into 4-quart glass cas¬serole. Stir in onion.
2. MICROWAVE for 7 MINUTES; drain. Stir in re-maining ingredients, except cheese; cover.
3. MICROWAVE for 9 to 10 MINUTES or until meat absorbs juices. Serve with hot cooked spaghetti. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of each serving.
6 to 8 Servings
TIPS If you like a wine flavored sauce, use 1/4 cup red wine for part of the water.
• If desired, add a 4-oz. can mushroom stems and pieces, using the liquid for part of the water.
• MICROWAVE on MEDIUM for 15 to 20 MINUTES in step 3.

Party snax

2 cups bite-size shredded corn cereal
2 cups oat puffs cereal
2 cups bite-size shredded wheat cereal 4 oz. thin pretzel sticks
11/2 cups (1/2 lb.) Spanish peanuts
1/2 cup butter or margarine
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon each, celery, onion and garlic salt

Setting: HIGH
1.    In 3-quart glass casserole or mixing bowl, com-bine cereals, pretzel sticks and peanuts. In 1-cup glass measure or bowl, combine butter, Worcester¬shire sauce and salts.
2.    MICROWAVE for about 1 MINUTE or until melted. Drizzle in fine stream over cereal mixture, stirring to coat evenly.
3.    MICROWAVE for 8 to 10 MINUTES or until warm, stirring occasionally. Serve warm or cold.
