Nawabi Cutlets Recipe
A unique combination of potatoes, poppy seeds and carrots
Makes:12 medium size pieces
Ingredients:
4 large potatoes
2 green chilies, finely chopped
2 ginger, finely chopped
5 tsp chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp mango powder
½ tsp chaat masala
2 tsp poppy seeds, roasted
2 tsp tomato ketchup
2 tsp chili sauce
1 cup bread crumbs
Oil for deep frying
Preparation Method:
1. Pressure cook the potatoes, peel and then mash well.
2. Add other ingredients except the bread crumbs and oil for frying. Mix well. Check the seasoning.
3. Shape the mixture into desired shape. Deep fry in hot till golden brown. Drain well and serve hot with mint or coriander chutney.
