VEGETABLES STIR FRY RECIPE

Ingredients:

Cabbage- 1/4 kg

Spring onions- 6

Capsicums- 5

Onion stem- a bunch

Carrot- 3 or 4

Celery- a small bunch (optional)

Tomatoes ketchup- 2 tbl.sps

Capsico sauce- 1 1/2 tsp

Soya sauce- 1 tsp

White pepper powder- 1/2 tsp

Chilli powder- 1/2 tsp

Dry ginger powder- 1/4 tsp

Garam masala- 1/2 tsp

Aji-no-moto- 1 tsp

Salt- as required

Caramelished sugar- 1 tsp

Oil- 2 tbl.sps

Preparation Method:

1. Cut all the vegetables into thin 1 inch long pieces

2. Immerse sliced carrot in salted boiling water for 2 minutes, and then strain.

3. Heat oil, add onions and fry till it turns transparent.

4. Add carrot, cabbage and capsicums, fry over high flame, with aji-no-moto.

5. When the vegetables become tender, add spring onion stems and sliced celery.

6. Fry for a minute, add ketchup, sauces, and masala powders.

7. Brown the sugar in a dry pan, add a little water.

8. When it becomes thick like honey, remove from fire and add to the masala.

9. Mix well and remove from fire.

10. This curry can be used for sandwiches and bun. Makes excellent topping for pizzas.
